At JJ Whiskey Co, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges & Store Credit Only:

    •    We offer exchanges or store credit only within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

    •    Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered.

    •    Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

    •    Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Final Sale Items:

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

    •    Sale or clearance items

    •    Accessories, hats, intimates and jewelry

    •    Gift cards

    •    Items marked “Final Sale”

Shipping & Fees:

    •    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    •    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    •    JJ Whiskey Co. Boutique is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

    •    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    •    Include your order number and clear photo evidence

    •    Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages:

    •    Orders returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds.

    •    Store credit may be issued minus shipping costs, at our discretion.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Chargebacks & Disputes:

By completing a purchase with JJ Whiskey Co. Boutique, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first or outside of these terms may result in refusal of future purchases.
